  • We provide an in-depth assessment of the candidate after meeting them.
  • We facilitate the entire recruitment process including interviews, assessment, and the negotiation and acceptance of an offer.

In retaining HM to conduct a candidate search, the client agrees to work exclusively with HM on that search. With that agreement, HM's fees are discounted versus a typical contingent-based search. Our fee structures are flexible and can be altered according to the needs of our clients. At the same time, HM provides additional value by:

  • Issuing a one year guarantee on the candidate that is placed.
  • Placing the client's organization off-limits for recruiting by HM on other searches.
  • Performing assimilation services after candidate placement to ensure both the candidate and client remain satisfied.
